How To End The Week

I bet your week probably didn't go quite as expected. Does it ever, really?! But it's Friday so let's end the week on a positive note and get this party started!

This week you learned something, you did something difficult, you saw something in a new way, you grew. Even if all you did was survive the week, you're stronger and wiser for it.

So what if you didn't fulfill alll your expectations! If you're beating yourself up - Quit It! You get another shot at it next week. For now, take a bow and pat yourself on the back.

Here's what I want you to do:

  1. Send a quick e-mail to thank those who went out of their way to help you this week.

  2. Make note of your three greatest accomplishments over the past week. Was there anyone who contributed to this? See #1.

  3. What are your three most important goals for next week? Have you set time aside in your schedule to accomplish those goals? Do you need help from someone? If so, reach out and confirm their participation before the end of the day.
